Member to the answer given to his question of 14th April. No further representations have been made to the United States Government on this subject.

§ Mr. ACLANDAs they are not in danger and have not suffered it is not necessary to afford special protection. As my right hon. Friend said yesterday, there is a very complete presence of our battleships about the coast of Mexico.
