HC Deb 27 April 1914 vol 61 c1351
Mr. JAMES HOGGE

I desire to ask the Secretary for Scotland a question of which I have given him private notice: Whether he can say if it is a fact that the Island of Taransay has been seized by the lowland cottars; how long it will be before he can place the House in possession of the facts?

The SECRETARY for SCOTLAND (Mr. McKinnon Wood)

I have no information on the subject at present.

Mr. HOGGE

Will my right hon. Friend inquire whether these cottars have landed any guns?
