HC Deb 20 April 1914 vol 61 c589
50. Mr. DOUGLAS HALL

asked the Prime Minister whether there is any prospect in this Session or in this Parliament of any attempt being made to carry out the recommendations of the Select Committee on London Traffic, or of otherwise dealing with the dangers of the congestion of the London streets?

The PRIME MINISTER

I am informed that the recommendations of the Committee are being carried out as far as is possible administratively. Other aspects of the matter are now being considered by the Departments concerned.
