§ Mr. HERBERT LEWISThe constitution of the Agricultural Education Conference is now complete, except that six members have still to be nominated by the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries. This will be done as soon as my right hon. Friend returns, and arrangements will then be made for the first meeting. At that meeting the conference will probably appoint a committee to consider the reference submitted to it by the Board, and 563 at the same time will be able to co-opt as many additional members as may be desirable to serve on the committee.
