§ Mr. BOOTHI want to ascertain for the convenience of the House whether we had not better take the full discussion after the measure has been explained. I know, of course, that I am in order now in dealing solely with the money question, but at 1871 the same time it will only cause trouble to the Chair if we deal with that alone, and I wish to ask that my hon. Friend who is in charge of the Bill should, when he Moves the Bill, deal fully with this money question so that we may have a debate upon it. On that understanding I do not oppose this Resolution.
