asked the Secretary to the Treasury if he will state, as nearly as can be ascertained, the total cost of bringing the National Insurance Act into operation and working it to the 31st March, 1914; and the number of officials of all grades, with their aggregate annual salaries as now fixed, engaged in connection with national insurance in England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales, respectively?
