Sir GILBERT PARKERasked whether, in view of the decision of the Nairobi High Court that British East Africa is in effect a foreign state, and that therefore Uganda, Nyasaland, and Bechuanaland are in the same position, the Government intends to make formal annexation and proclaim territorial sovereignty over these dominions?
