Mr. MIDDLEMOREasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, in view of the fact that the "Royal Sovereign" and "Royal Oak," laid down on 15th January, 1914, are not expected to be completed until after the end of March, 1916, that a greater average sum will have been spent on these ships by the end of the coming financial year than on the "Revenge," "Resolution," and "Ramillies," and that hitherto dockyard-built ships have been completed more quickly than those built by contract, it is anticipated that the three vessels named will be completed by the end of 1915?
