§ In Sub-section (1) of Section 2 (relating to procuration) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1885, the words "under twenty-one years of age" shall be repealed.
§ Mr. KINGI beg to move, "That the Clause be read a second time."
I have three new Clauses on the Order Paper, but I do not intend to move all of them. I have placed them there in order to call the attention of the House and of the Government to the fact that there are aspects of this subject that are not covered in this Bill as introduced, nor 727 as it left the Committee. I trust that these new Clauses can possibly be considered by the Government, with a view perhaps to inserting them in another place, or at any rate in future legislation which they take up.
