§ Mr. RUSSELLGood progress is being made with the printing of the work, and there is every reason to expect that it will be published within the time mentioned in my reply to the hon. Member's previous question of the 24th ultimo on the subject, namely, about two months from that date. The price has not yet been fixed by His Majesty's Stationery Office.
