§ Mr. GULLANDMy right hon. Friend has on several occasions represented to the Treasury that if the work referred to in the question is not very shortly to be stopped a further loan of money on Land Purchase terms must be provided. The best opportunity will be offered when the financial provisions of the proposed Land Bill are under consideration.
