HC Deb 07 May 1913 vol 52 c2024
14. Mr. STEPHEN WALSH

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will cause an inquiry to be made into certain representations made by the officer commanding the 1st Cadet Battalion of the King's (Liverpool) Regiment relative to the action of the West Lancashire Association (Territorial Force) in depriving certain officers and cadets under his command of the privileges set out in the Cadet Regulations; and whether the efficiency of this battalion and its eligibility to retain the privileges named had been favourably reported upon and recommended following upon the annual inspection to which the battalion had been subject as required by the Regulations?

Colonel SEELY

The matter is under the consideration of the Army Council.
