§ Mr. MACLEANThe promoters of the Bill inform me that they have agreed as to the locality in which the works are to be undertaken, and the magnitude of the works are such that the Standing Order 183a would be properly applicable. I am not in a position to pledge the Unopposed Bill Committee, to which the Bill will probably go, but I think there is little doubt that they will apply the Standing Order to it.
