Mr. Fenwick reported from the Committee of Selection; That they had discharged the following Members from Standing Committee C: Mr. Burns and Mr. Trevelyan (in respect of the London Elections Bill); and had appointed in substitution (in respect of the said Bill): Mr. Solicitor-General and the Lord Advocate.

Mr. Fenwick further reported from the Committee; That they had added to Standing Committee C the following Fifteen Members (in respect of the London Elections Bill): Sir Frederick Banbury, Mr. Sandys, Sir George Younger, Mr. Sanders, Mr. Godfrey Locker-Lampson, Captain Jessel, Mr. Crooks, Sir John Bethell, Mr. Acland Allen, Mr. Towyn Jones, Mr. Glanville, Sir Ryland Adkins, Mr. Rowlands, Mr. O'Doherty, and Mr. Sheehy.

Mr. Fenwick further reported from the Committee; That they had discharged the following Member from the Standing Committee on Scottish Bills: Mr. Oliver Locker-Lampson; and had appointed in substitution (in respect of the Fresh Water Fish (Scotland) Bill): Mr. Orde-Powlett.
