HC Deb 06 May 1913 vol 52 c1867
99. Mr. FLAVIN

asked whether the Chief Secretary is aware that dissatisfaction is being felt in Kerry in the administration by some pension officers and the decision of the Local Government Board in many cases in connection with the working of the Old Age Pensions Act; whether he is aware that it is stated by the Kerry pension committee to the Local Government Board that specified cases named have been unfairly dealt with, especially in estimating their means of living and clothing; and whether he will favourably consider the request made for an inquiry?

Mr. BIRRELL

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I have just given to the similar question of the hon. Member for West Kerry.
