Mr. McKINNON WOODNo memorial on the subject from the School Board of Rutherglen appears to have reached me. Last week I introduced a Bill, the effect of which would be to enable a school board to supplement from the rates to such extent as they think necessary the existing Treasury Grant for medical treatment in the case of necessitous children.
