Dr. ADDISONasked the President of the Board of Education whether the Crown, acting through the Lord President of the Council, has power under the 1860 Charter of the University of Bristol to visit and inquire into the working and administration of the university; and whether, in view of the allegations which have been made against the university, he will advise the Crown to institute an inquiry into the alleged grievances?
