§ The PRIME MINISTERA communication has been received from the King of Montenegro to the effect that Montenegro puts the fate of the town of Scutari in the hands of the Great Powers. This is very satisfactory news, and is a decision on which the King of Montenegro is to be congratulated, both in the interests of his own country and of international peace.
§ Mr. T. M. HEALYMay I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether he can hold out any hope that some compensation would be given to Montenegro in view of this action?
