§ Mr. ACLANDThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The present salary is £1,300. Great Britain was temporarily represented by a Chargé d'Affaires from 1st January, 1906, to 20th July, 1911. The answer to the latter part of the question is in the affirmative.
