§ Mr. RUSSELLI shall feel obliged to the Noble Lord if he will postpone his question until Monday. The Prime Minister has promised to make a statement on the subject on that day, in reply to a question of the hon. Baronet the Member for Mid-Armagh. If, after the Prime Minister makes his statement, the Noble Lord desires to ask me any question, I shall be ready to make such answer as may be necessary.
