§ Mr. ACLANDAgreements have already been signed with the following countries to allow of the withdrawal of His Majesty's self-governing Dominions, if desired, from existing treaties of commerce with this country: Colombia, Denmark, Egypt, France, Greece, Liberia, Paraguay, and Sweden.
