Mr. ROBERTSONThe local agent of the Duke of Sutherland has informed the Board of Trade that the dredging of Helmsdale Harbour, contemplated in 1908, was carried out, but that he is unable to say at present if any further dredging operations will be carried out this year. If my hon. Friend will let me have any suggestions he desires to make for the better protection of persons using the harbour, I shall be glad to consider them.
