Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the City of London (Celluloid Regulations), Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the London County Council (General Powers), Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be 1011 dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Mid Kent and East Kent District Water Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of 'John Edward Allen' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  4. 4. "That, in the case of the Mid Kent and East Kent District Water Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of 'Captain Matthew Gerald Edward Bell and Captain John Cecil de Veel Tattersall' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to he dispensed with."
  5. 5. "That, in the case of the Mid Kent and East Kent District Water Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of 'the Bridge Rural District Council' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  6. 6. "That, in the case of the Northern Junction Railway Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of 'Captain C. P. B. Wood' against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  7. 7. "That, in the case of the Western Valleys (Monmouthshire) Railless Electric Traction Bill, Petition of Lord Tredegar for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of 'the late Viscount Tredegar' against the Bill, and for leave to be heard upon such Petition, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
