Mr. CHARLES PRICEasked whether any correspondence has taken place between the Health Insurance Commissioners and the Scottish Clerks' Association, based upon an undertaking given by the Chancellor of the Exchequer when the National Insurance Act was under discussion in this House, that arrangements could be made by this association to allow their members to adopt their own special medical scheme; and whether he will give instructions that this undertaking shall be given effect to?
