§ Mr. BIRRELLMrs. Connor's claim was disallowed on the grounds that her means exceed the statutory limit; half her husband's means being credited to her in accordance with the terms of Section 2 of the Old Age Pensions Act, 1911. Her husband's farm comprises twenty-six acres, and carried twelve head of cattle, in addition to pigs and fowl.
