Mr. BURGOYNEasked the First Lord of the Admiralty how many hydro-aeroplanes have been ordered for the service of the aerial branch of the Royal Navy; and whether they are to be paid for out of the Estimates of the present financial year or whether they have been ordered in anticipation of the forthcoming Estimates?
