Captain O'NEILLasked the Postmaster-General whether improved postal facilities can be arranged for Cullybackey, county Antrim, whereby letters posted there up to 6 p.m. should be delivered in Manchester early next morning and incoming letters from England which reach Belfast early enough should be dispatched in Cullybackey either by the 8 a.m. or 8.25 a.m. train?
