Member for St. George's-in-the-East, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether he has received an important and representative memorial from the various architectural associations of Scotland, praying him to constitute an independent Board to deal with Scottish national historical monuments; whether he has also received a similar request from the Scottish Ecclesiological Society; and whether he intends to accede to these requests?
