§ The CHANCELLOR of the DUCHY of LANCASTER (Mr. Hobhouse)The number of public meetings held is twelve. The Committee are awaiting further evidence on the question of the extent of territorial limits.
§ Mr. MUNROCan the right hon. Gentleman give any indication as to when the Report of the Committee may be expected?
§ Mr. HOBHOUSEThe witnesses who have to appear before the Committee are mostly seafaring men. It is very difficult to get them before the Committee, and it is quite impossible to say when the Committee's proceedings are likely to terminate.
