§ Mr. GULLANDAs the hon. Member has already been informed, the Estates Commissioners have had this property inspected. Their formal proposal to purchase the property has been drafted, and when it has been settled and approved it will be issued to the owners. Meanwhile the Commissioners cannot take any further steps in the matter.
