asked the President of the Board of Trade if he can publish the figures as to the percentage fluctuation in the wages and earnings of agricultural labourers in England and Wales for 1911 and 1912?

The figures asked for by my hon. Friend are presumably in continuation of the series of wages Index Numbers for England and Wales given on page 76 of the Fifteenth Abstract of Labour Statistics. If so, they are 103.2 for 1911 and 104.9 for 1912. These index numbers refer to cash rates of wages, and not to actual earnings.
