Copy presented of Order, dated 21st May, 1913, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in pursuance of Section 54 of The Factory and Workshop Act, 1901, extending (subject to conditions) the special exception by which young persons may be employed during the night to Factories in which reverberatory or regenerative furnaces are used, and rescinding so much of the Order of 4th May, 1903, as relates to the same matter [by Act]; to lie upon the Table.
