§ The PRIME MINISTERTo-morrow, if time permit, after the Temperance (Scotland) Bill, we shall take the Second Reading of the Education (Scotland) Bill.
On Monday, we shall take the Resolution allocating time for the Irish, Welsh and Temperance (Scotland) Bills. The terms of this Resolution will be put on the Paper to-day. Thereafter, if time permit, we shall take the Post Office (London) Railway Money (Report), and the Soudan Loan Guarantee (Report).
On Tuesday, we shall take the Financial Resolution of the Government of Ireland Bill, and shall also put down the Financial Resolution of the Established Church (Wales) Bill.
On Wednesday, Reports of any outstanding Financial Resolutions, and thereafter, the Consolidated Fund Bill (Second Reading).
On Thursday, the Scottish Estimates will be taken in Supply.
Friday's business I shall announce at the beginning of the week.
