Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:—

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Watney, Combe, Reid, and Company [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders might to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Local Government Provisional Order (No. 12) Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing 357 Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the North Metropolitan Electric Power Supply Company,' the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the North Eastern Railway Bill [Lords], Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 128 in the case of the Petition of the 'Inhabitants of the East End of Sunderland,' the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with,"
  4. 4. "That, in the case of the London County Council (General Powers) Bill, Petition for Additional Provision (No. 2), the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to insert their Additional Provision if the Committee on. the Bill think fit."
