§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners, in compliance with Section 3 of the Evicted Tenants Act, 1907, publish quarterly Returns of reinstated evicted tenants which are presented to Parliament, and contain the particulars prescribed by Statute, and I cannot ask them at a time of pressure such as this to take their staff away from their current work to compile the special Return asked for by the hon. Member.
