Mr. Fenwick reported from the Committee of Selection: That they had discharged the following Members from Standing Committee C (in respect of the London Elections Bill): Mr. Beckett, Mr. Norman Craig, Captain Spender-Clay, Sir John Spear, and Mr. Ellis Griffith; and had appointed in substitution (in respect of the said Bill): Mr. Hayes Fisher, Sir Harry Samuel, Sir William Bull, Mr. Hoare, and Mr. Herbert Lewis.

Mr. Fenwick further reported from the Committee: That they had added to Standing Committee A the following Fifteen Members (in respect of the Dogs (Protection) Bill): Sir Philip Magnus, Colonel Lockwood, Mr. Faber, Mr. Butcher, Sir Frederick Banbury, Colonel Burn, Mr. Murphy, Mr. Duffy, Major Guest, Mr. George Greenwood, Sir Walter Menzies, Colonel Greig, Mr. Rowntree, Mr. Guy Wilson, and Mr. Charles Duncan.
