Committee to consider of authorising the issue out of the Consolidated Fund of such sums as may be required for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to enable the Postmaster-General to construct, for the purposes of the Post Office, certain underground Railways and other works in London, and for purposes in connection with such Railways and works; and of authorising the Treasury to borrow money by means of Exchequer Bonds or terminable annuities, such annuities to be paid out of moneys to be provided by Parliament and, if those moneys are insufficient, out of the Consolidated Fund (King's Recommendation signified), To-morrow.—[Mr. Herbert Samuel.]
