§ 89. Mr. HUNTasked the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the fact that he has stated that the Territorial Force has increased in efficiency, he could lay before Parliament a Report by the Inspector-General of the Home Forces as to the progress made in the numbers and efficiency of the Territorial Force in regard to musketry and attendance at camp during the years 1911, 1912, and 1913; and could this be done before Parliament adjourns for the autumn?
§ Colonel SEELYStatistics as regards attendance at camp are not complete until the end of September, and those for musketry are not completed before the end of December. I am afraid, therefore, I cannot undertake to furnish the hon. Gentleman with any statistics for the year 1913 before this House adjourns for the autumn. The figures for 1911 and 1912 have already been published.
