HC Deb 09 June 1913 vol 53 c1252
42. Mr. MacCALLUM SCOTT

asked whether, in view of the importance of securing an effective responsibility upon the part of elected members of insurance committees to those insured persons who have elected them, the Scottish Insurance Commissioners will suggest to the insurance committees, as has already been done in England, that the provisions of the Local Authorities (Admission of the Press to Meetings) Act should be treated as applicable to their meetings?

Mr. MASTERMAN

I am informed that the Scottish Commissioners have this question under their consideration, and I will let my hon. Friend know what action is taken.
