Resolutions reported from the Select Committee;

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Alexandra Park and Palace [Lords], Petition for Bill the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed 859 with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Kent Electric Power [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Manchester Ship Canal [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  4. 4. "That, in the case of the Great Northern Railway Bill, Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to insert their additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
