Mr. NIELDasked whether the boy scouts received an invitation to, and did attend, the rehearsal of the pageant and other events at the Royal Naval and Military Tournament this year; if so, what were the approximate numbers so invited and who attended, respectively; was any similar invitation extended to cadets recognised by the county associations under the War Office regulations; and, if not, what was the reason that invitations were issued to an organisation which disclaims any connection with His Majesty's Army or with military training, and not to cadets who are required to train in military work of all kinds?
