§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEThe valuation necessary for purposes of Reversion Duty is an independent valuation made by reference to the circumstances existing at the date of the determination of the lease; it is, however, ascertained in the same manner as the total value as at 30th April, 1909. The answer to the second part of the question is in the negative.
