§ Colonel SEELYThe numbers serving in the Regular Forces under nineteen years of age on 1st July amounted to 13,691. There are no Returns of ages in the Territorial Force of later date than those shown in the general annual Reports. The Returns of the National Reserve do not show separately the numbers over fifty-five years of age.
