asked the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he is aware that Messrs. P. Hall and Sons, engineers, Peterborough, who are making feed pumps for the Admiralty, are employing patternmakers at a rate below that paid by competing firms in Peterborough; and whether he will take action in the matter?
