§ The FIRST LORD of the ADMIRALTY (Mr. Churchill)No change has been made in regard to the relations of the War Staff to the Board of Admiralty as laid down in the table of distribution of business. By that table the superintendence of the War Staff is assigned to the First Sea Lord. There is therefore no foundation for the Noble Lord's suggestion.
