HC Deb 25 July 1913 vol 55 c2462

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That this House do now adjourn."—[Mr. Gulland.]

Mr. MORTON

I have a little Bill to amend the Small Holdings Act in connection with Scotland, and if the Government can do this for the Crystal Palace Bill will they do the same for my Bill?

Mr. KING

I would like to point out that a good many other Members are in the same position as the hon. Gentleman. They have private Bills, and if the Government star any more—they have already starred several Bills—I think they ought to do it on the principle of the ballot, and let us all have our chance.

Mr. MORTON

Is anybody going to answer?

Question put, and agreed to.

Adjourned at Four minutes after Five o'clock till Monday next, 28th July.
