Bell, tried by Judge Rueeg, K.C., at the Newcastle-under-Lyme County Court, on 15th July, when serious charges were made and proved against the defendant, a solicitor, as to unprofessional conduct in the management of a small estate which had been placed in his hands; whether he has made himself acquainted with the evidence and findings of the judge; and whether he proposes to take any action in the matter?
