HC Deb 17 July 1913 vol 55 cc1438-9
54. Mr. RAMSAY MACDONALD

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the importance of and the interest attaching to the proceedings of the Standing Committee on the National Insurance Act (1911) Amendment Bill, he will take steps to have those proceedings officially reported, as was done when Part II. of the original Act was passing through Committee?

The PRIME MINISTER

If there is a general desire of the House to this effect, I will take steps that the precedent quoted shall be followed.

Mr. MITCHELL-THOMSON

May I ask whether, for the general convenience, the right hon. Gentleman will consider having the questions dealing with the administration of the Act grouped together and published in one volume, in continuation of the one already published?

The PRIME MINISTER

I will consider that.
