Mr. HARCOURTI have no information beyond what has appeared in the Press on the subject, but I shall be happy to send this and other questions of the hon. Member out to the Governors of the various Dominions, and to ask if they will be so good as to supply me with any information which in their opinion can be afforded without detriment to the public interest. If and when such information is received, I shall place it at the disposal of the House.
