Mr. MUNROasked the Secretary for Scotland whether he is aware of the disappointment which prevails in fishing circles in Scotland with regard to the delay of the Commission which is considering the question of State loans to fishermen in issuing their Report; whether he can now make a definite statement with regard to the date of its issue and whether, in particular, he will endeavour to secure that it shall be issued in time to admit of its discussion on the second day to be devoted to the Scottish Estimates?
